La semana del 12 al 15 de febrero de 2018 se realizo una actividad de la IEA STF TC, en conjunción con SRGS, UKSRG, Qualicer y el colegio de Ingenieros de Castellón, el cual incluye una Round Robin de ensayos de Péndulo los días 12, 13 y 14 February con el propósito de "Armonización de los procedimientos de ensayo de Péndulo e iniciativas de uso".
Posteriormente el día 15 se realizó en la sede del ITC (Instituto Técnico Cerámico) reunion del Grupo de trabajo europeo CEN TC 339 AHG 2 que esta trabajando en la norma CEN/TS 16165 Methods of Slip Resistance".
